(“Post Acute Analytics,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and govern your access to and use of our marketing website located at this domain (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These Terms apply to the public marketing Site only. Your use of the Anna® platform or any other Post Acute Analytics product or service is governed by the separate written agreement between Post Acute Analytics and your organization, not by these Terms.

The Site is intended for business and professional use by individuals who are at least 18 years old. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate and current.

You may use the Site for lawful, informational purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation, or that infringes the rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems or networks.
• Introduce malware, or otherwise interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site.
• Scrape, harvest, or collect information about other users, or use automated means to access the Site except for standard search-engine indexing.

The Site and its contents (including text, graphics, logos, the Post Acute Analytics and Anna® marks, page design, and software) are owned by or licensed to Post Acute Analytics and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to view and use the Site for its intended purpose, no rights are granted to you.

Trademarks referenced on the Site that belong to third parties (for example, HL7® and SMART on FHIR®) are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (such as our LinkedIn page or scheduling tools). We provide these links for convenience only and do not endorse or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party site. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes about Post Acute Analytics and its offerings. It is not medical, clinical, legal, or other professional advice, and it should not be relied upon as a substitute for the judgment of a qualified professional. Nothing on the Site creates a provider-patient relationship.

We may modify or discontinue the Site, or update these Terms, at any time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
