Chief Executive Officer
As Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Post Acute Analytics, Saqib Akhter is responsible for the leadership, product direction, and growth of the organization.
He also serves on the PAA Board of Directors. Saqib was a health care investment banker at Houlihan Lokey where he led strategic advisory, M&A, and capital financing for leading companies across multiple verticals of health care, prior to founding Post Acute Analytics. Before that, he held leadership positions at KPMG and BP. Saqib is an active member of the Chicago community which includes being involved with the University of Chicago and Mecca Center. He enjoys being outside with his three children and is an avid boater and skier.

As Chief Operating Officer, Katie is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational aspects of the business, driving the development and scalability of business process.
Katie brings over 15 years of health care leadership experience spanning a variety of operations and client management roles, most often within underserved and vulnerable patient populations. Most recently, she served PAA as the Vice President of Client Success, ensuring PAA exceeds client expectations. Prior to joining PAA in early 2022, she served as Vice President of Operations at Boulder Care and was previously Vice President of Market Operations at Evolent Health. She is passionate about building empowered teams that drive process and results. When not creating efficiencies and organization at scale within PAA, Katie enjoys the Michigan summer lake life. You’ll find her camping and boating with her family.

As Chief Medical Officer, Jennifer Terrell will work closely with the Anna™ Clinical, Product, and Strategy teams to provide medical leadership for our solutions. Jennifer is a Board-Certified Emergency Medicine Physician.
Throughout her career, she’s displayed a passion for increasing the value of the health care delivered to vulnerable populations in her roles as Executive Medical Director at naviHealth and Vice President of Utilization Management at Somatus. She practiced emergency medicine at Atrium Health hospitals for 15 years before that. During that time, she was a member of the board of directors for her independent emergency medical group in Charlotte, NC. Jennifer earned her M.D. from Indiana University, Bloomington, and completed her residency at the Indiana University Department of Emergency Medicine in Indianapolis.

As Chief Technology Officer, Fadi Almachraki will lead PAA’s data science and AI initiatives to leverage Anna’s real-time data to enhance patient outcomes and ROI for our partners.
Fadi joins us from Kela Health, where he was the Chief Data Science Officer responsible for developing cloud-based data processing, modeling, and evaluation pipelines for clinical, social, demographic, and robotics prediction data. In addition, Fadi’s team built and deployed machine learning models to predict surgical risk complications for hospital clients. Before Kela Health, he was Head of Data Science at Sempre Health. He also held senior roles at DaVita and NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory.

As Chief Financial Officer at Post Acute Analytics, Paul Martinchuk is responsible for developing and leading the finance and accounting team and supporting mergers and acquisitions initiatives.
Paul was previously an Area CFO at Kaiser Permanente, where he was a finance leader responsible for a portion of the southern California market. Before that, Paul served as a finance leader at Healthcare Partners and Optum Medical Group. In addition, Paul spent over a decade at DaVita, a kidney care company, in finance and payer-related roles. He is passionate about building teams, adding value, and driving results.

Jacqueline Morris is on the Board of Post Acute Analytics and Chief Strategy & Development Officer, The Aspen Group (TAG).
Jackie joined TAG, a leading national retail healthcare business services organization, in 2018 and is based in Chicago. She leads strategic growth initiatives including M&A, partnerships, JVs and new businesses, products and service lines for Aspen Dental, WellNow Urgent Care, ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers and Chapter Aesthetic Studio. Prior to joining TAG, Jackie was VP, Strategy & Business Development for Cardinal Health where she led strategy development and inorganic growth efforts within the home medical supply and post-acute care management businesses, Cardinal Health at Home and naviHealth. Before Cardinal, Jackie was with BNP Paribas’ Merchant Bank, financing healthcare leveraged buyouts, and with Medco Health Solutions (now Express Scripts) doing domestic and international M&A within the PBM, specialty pharmacy and DME divisions of the company. Early in her career, Jackie worked in investment banking and private equity with JPMorgan and The Carlyle Group, respectively. Jackie received an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Business Administration summa cum laude from Boston University.
JOHN TAYLOR

John Taylor is a cofounder of Post Acute Analytics and serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors. He founded and led several health care companies, including StoneGate Senior Living, an integrated post-acute care provider with over forty senior housing and health care properties.
These properties include RehabPro – a therapy provider; Accel at Home – a home health provider; Care Navigation Services, Lifetime Wellness, Accel Rehabilitation Hospital, and SG Development. He was a founding member of OKALA (the Oklahoma Chapter of the Assisted Living Federation of America) and served as its Vice-Chairman and Director. He served as a Director of TALA (the Texas Chapter of the Assisted Living Federation of America). He serves on the Owners’ Advisory Board of the National Investment Center for Seniors Housing and Care Industry (NIC). John also served on the Public Policy Action Team of the Assisted Living Federation of America. He attended Cameron University in Lawton, Oklahoma, and Abilene Christian University in Abilene, Texas, where he studied accounting, finance, and economics.

Taylor Whitman is a member of the Post Acute Analytics Board of Directors and a Managing Director at Concord Health Partners, a healthcare-focused investment firm. He joined in 2018 and is responsible for originating, underwriting, and monitoring portfolio investments.
He serves on the board of Flexwise Health, Inc., Mivi Neurosciences, Inc., Post Acute Analytics, Medntion, Cylera, and Pieces. In addition, Taylor was a Partner at Three Ocean Partners, a New York-based Merchant Bank. He was responsible for day-to-day firm operations and sourcing and execution of Middle-Market transactions across the firm’s direct investment and M & M&A platforms. Before Three Ocean Partners, Taylor was a senior banker at the cross-border focused boutique M&A advisory firm, BDA Partners. He led the firm’s efforts in sourcing and executing advisory assignments in the health care sector for a broad group of corporate and private equity clients while managing day to day operations of the New York office. Taylor began his career in finance as an analyst at Citigroup Venture Capital Equity Partners (Court Square Capital Partners), a $2.5 billion multi-sector private equity firm. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College.

Russell Hirsch, M.D., Ph.D., is a member of the Post Acute Analytics Board of Directors and is Managing Director of Generator Ventures. Russell brings more than 25 years of venture capital experience to the team.
Russell was the co-founder of Prospect Ventures Fund II and III, life science venture funds with more than $1 billion in capital under management. Before Prospect, he was a partner in the health care technology group at Mayfield. In addition, Russell has sat on several private and public boards.
MICHAEL LANDERER

Michael is a member of the Post Acute Analytics Board of Directors and is Executive Vice President, Head of Investments at Dorilton Capital, a private investment firm. At Dorilton, Michael oversees the origination, underwriting, and monitoring of investments. Michael joined Dorilton in 2017.
He serves on the board of several of Dorilton’s investments including Traditions Health, a leading provider of hospice, home health, and palliative care with 120 locations across 18 states.
Prior to Dorilton, Michael worked at Greenhill, advising a range of clients on M&A and restructuring transactions. Earlier in his career, Michael worked at Monitor-Deloitte. Michael has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in economics from Duke University.

Bryan Wolfe is a member of the Post Acute Analytics Board of Directors. Previously, he co-founded Traditions Health and served in various capacities during his tenure including President/CEO and Board Member from 2008- 2022.
Bryan Wolfe is a member of the Post Acute Analytics Board of Directors. Prior to Traditions Health, Bryan served as COO and Director of Business Development for a regional home health company in Texas. He brings more than 20 years of experience in the post acute healthcare sector mostly focused in home health and hospice care.
Bryan’s expertise is fueled by his convictions in the power of strong culture, ethics, and leadership excellence. Bryan enjoys volunteering as a coach for youth football and spending time with his wife and six kids. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University where he studied Agricultural Leadership & Development with an emphasis in Community Health.

Jim Bonnette, M.D., serves as an advisory board member for Post Acute Analytics. He also serves as Managing Director, International Relationship Development for Ascension Holdings International. He has worked in virtually every U.S. health care industry area, from private practice to health maintenance organizations to hospital systems and pharma.
Most recently, he has been sharing lessons he has learned from the U.S. health care system with organizations and governments in the United States, United Kingdom, France, Switzerland, Spain, Poland, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, and Southeast Asia, through his role as Executive Vice President, Head of Strategy Consulting at The Advisory Board Company. Before joining The Advisory Board in May 2014, he served as Chief Medical Officer at management consulting firm Oliver Wyman, where he was head of the Global Provider Strategic Consulting Practice. He earned a Bachelor of Science in biochemistry from Portland State University, Portland, Oregon, and his medical degree from the Oregon Health and Science University School of Medicine in Portland, with further training in pharmacoeconomics.

Michael Duda serves as an advisory board member for Post Acute Analytics. He is also a Director of Corporate Development for UnitedHealth Group, where he is responsible for leading the evaluation and execution of M&A transactions across UnitedHealth Group.
Michael has led numerous complex, public, private, and cross-border transactions, with representative transactions across multiple health care segments, Brazil and Europe. Before joining UnitedHealth Group, Michael held a senior M&A advisory position at KPMG and Arthur Andersen.

Rick Glanz is an advisory board member for Post Acute Analytics as well as a senior health care CEO, consultant, operator, and advocate who brings over 25 years of strategic insight and executive leadership to his advisory role.
From his role as co-founder and CEO of decision support technology resource SeniorMetrix, an enterprise serving over one million Medicare Advantage members, Rick brings extensive experience in the field of post-acute benefits management. He oversaw the successful sale of SeniorMetrix, which became the foundation of naviHealth, which he also served in an executive capacity. Before his role with SeniorMetrix, he served in operations, business, and product development capacities, managing the Western United States division for The Polaris Group (Novacare) consulting firm. He was also a senior nursing home administrator and multi-facility operator for the Pacific Northwest. In addition, Rick has served as a senior consultant and advisor for multiple post-acute service organizations.
