Automation of Concurrent Review Process

Aetna will begin using Anna™, a technology platform from Post Acute Analytics, to automate the skilled nursing facility concurrent review process for its Medicare Advantage members. The prior auth process will not change and will remain the same as it is today.

We need your help to ensure a successful transition to using Anna™.

STEP 1:
User Credentials to use Anna™

All staff currently working with Aetna Case Managers in the concurrent review process will need user credentials. You may request credentials by clicking the button below and filling out the form.

STEP 2:
Training and Best Practices Webinar

Suggested attendees for this training include administrators, directors of nursing, social workers, MDS nurses, and UR consultants. You may register for a date and time that works for your calendar using the links in the table below.
